Gomez and Morticia

Yeeeaaah, it's Halloween! And unlike last year I've got something drawn for it. Success!

I saw the Addams family movie, both the first and second one about, I don't know, two months ago, and I loved them. I wasn't interested in them much when I was a kid (I know, bring out the torches and pitchforks. I'm a disgrace.), but now as an adult I absolutely love them. It really makes a difference to be able to understand the jokes. And now that I've gotten in touch with my creepy loving side, The Addams Family is right up my alley.
I fell in love with Gomez and Morticia as a couple and I knew I had to draw them. It had been a while (and by a while I mean forever) since I last drew a piece for my couples collection and Halloween was just around the corner by the time I decided to draw these two. So I thought, what could be better than drawing Gomez and Morticia? Pretty much nothing, that's what. I got to hit two birds with one stone with this piece. And that makes me so happy.

I did a weird little cross between the T.V. show and movie versions of Gomez and Morticia here. It was so hard to choose cause both versions are great. So why not both? hwehwe
